Our Programs

Integrating trauma-sensitive yoga methodology with recovery principles for long-term sobriety and wellness.

  • Sustainable programming for every budget

  • Evidence-based trauma-sensitive yoga methodology

  • Connecting 12-Step principles to yoga philosophy

  • Inclusive and accessible mindfulness-based classes

  • Tools for individuals to empower themselves to live fully beyond traumatic experiences and diagnosis

  • Continuum of yoga programming inside and outside of treatment

  • Our Yoga for Recovery and Behavioral Health Programs complement existing therapies by offering an evidenced-based, trauma-sensitive, mind/body approach incorporating physical practice, 12-step principles, mindfulness and yoga philosophy and practical application of gentle yoga stretch.

Complementing treatment, our programs are carefully designed to provide a supportive and welcoming group class that aligns with traditional and holistic recovery treatment approaches through trauma-sensitive mindfulness-based movement, breath-work, and meditation.

We encourage participants to recognize recovery as a shift in perspective using yoga and meditation as a tool to support their life-long journey.

Our skilled instructors facilitate a practice creating safety in a group setting in order to explore their own physical body and mind.
