Class Descriptions
Slow Flow
All-level Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga is a slower pace class, mindfully moving and breathing while holding poses longer. Slow Flow is great for all levels including beginners or anyone looking for therapeutic benefits of yoga.
All-Levels Vinyasa
All-level Vinyasa Yoga class links breath and movement through a series of energetic postures that balance strength and flexibility. Particular emphasis is given to body alignment, principles of breath, power yoga sequences and modifications for greater accessibility and to meet you wherever you are.
Vinyasa
This 75-minute Vinyasa yoga flow class is a dynamic and flowing style of Hatha yoga that links breath and movement through a creative series of powerful sequences and postures, balancing strength and flexibility while cultivating mindfulness through continuous flow. The warmth helps to detoxify the body and improve flexibility.
Restore and Reset (Wednesday 7 PM)
This class involves stretching, sitting, and standing poses to aid the body in releasing stress-related patterns of tension that can lead to limited movement, and bring the body back towards its natural state of balance.
You will learn basic postures, how to connect breath to movement, and how to embrace slow movements. This practice is accessible for all abilities and for anyone who desires more silence, stillness, and deep relaxation.
Sunrise Flow (Tues & Thurs 6 AM)
Start your day off right with a morning Vinyasa Flow practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up your body, as well as slower-paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility.
Recovery Yoga (Friday 6 PM)
Recovery Yoga is an all-level trauma-informed gentle yoga class that provides instruction on deep breathing, meditation, and physical yoga postures. Each class will feature a different theme from yogic philosophy that relates to recovery. We embrace SAMHSA’s definition of recovery “a process of change through which individuals improve their health and wellness, live self-directed lives, and strive to reach their full potential”. All are welcome!
Yin Yoga (Thursday 7 PM)
Yin is slow-paced, meditative yoga where poses are held longer. Yin yoga uses gentle, relaxing postures to alleviate tension, enhance breath awareness, and develop mindfulness. Release, restore, and rejuvenate with this transformative practice!

What Students Are Saying…
“I have really enjoyed visiting the studio over the last few weeks. The classes are exactly what I have been looking for, a flow class that not only provides the yoga practice that supports my strength and flexibility but calms my mind as well. Both instructors I have had the pleasure of working with have been welcoming and friendly. I just signed up for a monthly pass and I am so excited for this upcoming year!”
