Class Descriptions

Slow Flow

All-level Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga is a slower pace class, mindfully moving and breathing while holding poses longer.  Slow Flow is great for all levels including beginners or anyone looking for therapeutic benefits of yoga.

Restore and Reset (Wednesday 7 PM)

This class involves stretching, sitting, and standing poses to aid the body in releasing stress-related patterns of tension that can lead to limited movement, and bring the body back towards its natural state of balance.

You will learn basic postures, how to connect breath to movement, and how to embrace slow movements. This practice is accessible for all abilities and for anyone who desires more silence, stillness, and deep relaxation.

Sunrise Flow (Tues & Thurs 6 AM)

Start your day off right with a morning Vinyasa Flow practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up your body, as well as slower-paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility.

Back to Basics (Monday 7 PM)

This class offers foundational topics and skills each week. These classes aim to help participants deepen their understanding of yoga, improve technique, and build strength and flexibility through focused themes. Each class will be designed for all levels, allowing students to revisit the fundamentals and refine their practice.

Week 1: Foundations of Pranayama (Breathing)

Week 2: Align & Shine (Alignment & Posture)

Week 3: Salute the Sun (Sun Salutations and Chataraunga)

Week 4: Core Power Hour (Building Core Strength)

Week 5: Hip Hip Hooray! (Flexibility & Hip Openers)

Week 6: Balance Like a Boss! (Balancing)

Week 7: Stretch, Meditate, Elevate! (Restorative Yoga & Meditation)

Slower Flow (Tuesday & Thursday 7 PM)

Slower Flow is a more relaxed version of our Slow Flow class, perfect for those who want to take it even slower and enjoy a truly gentle practice. With a focus on deep, soothing stretches and mindful breathing, Slower Flow is ideal for anyone looking to unwind, reduce stress, and ease tension in the body. The pace is slower, with longer holds and less movement between poses, allowing you to fully relax and reset.

Vibe & Flow Yoga for Kids (Sunday 11 AM)

This class is designed for kids 8-15 and includes mindfulness, vinyasa, balance and meditation set to upbeat and relaxing playlists. A fun class to learn yoga, and increase strength and flexibility!

All-Levels Flow

All-levels 75-minute vinyasa yoga flow class. A dynamic and flowing style of hatha yoga that links breath and movement through a creative series of powerful sequences and postures that balance strength and flexibility while cultivating mindfulness through a continuous flow.  The warmth helps to detoxify the body and improve flexibility.   

Recovery Yoga (Friday 6 PM)

Recovery Yoga is an all-level trauma-informed gentle yoga class that provides instruction on deep breathing, meditation, and physical yoga postures. Each class will feature a different theme from yogic philosophy that relates to recovery. We embrace SAMHSA’s definition of recovery “a process of change through which individuals improve their health and wellness, live self-directed lives, and strive to reach their full potential”. All are welcome!
