Yoga Fundraiser for ACLAMO

Join Jen for a gentle, slow-flow yoga class to support a community organization dedicated to providing programs that empower Latino families and other community members.
This class is suitable for all levels and beginners are welcome! We will create space for relaxation, connection, and community while supporting the meaningful work ACLAMO does in the community.

Metta: The Practice of Loving Kindness
Saturday, April 18 • 2 - 4 PM
This workshop facilitated by Don Myer and Matthew Mitlas will include: asana, discussion, pranayama, and meditation.
Metta is a traditional meditation style which helps us cultivate loving kindness towards ourselves and all beings. Both simple and radical, this transformative practice quiets the mind, unlocks the heart, and opens the doors to peace and joy. This workshop will offer a steady, supportive space to explore Metta through movement, breath, and meditation.
Matthew Mitlas (E-RYT 500) is an advanced professional yoga educator specializing in the therapeutic applications of yoga, meditation, and ayurveda. Don Myer has been teaching Baptiste Yoga for 19+ years and is passionate about making the practices of yoga accessible and inclusive.

Seasonal Herbal Tea Making and Plant Wisdom

Join Leigh McLinden for an afternoon of herbal wisdom and hands on tea blending. We will explore in season plants, their medicinal qualities, and how to craft your own nourishing tea blend to take home. Together we will engage the senses by smelling, tasting, and connecting to the gifts of the earth.
The afternoon includes a short, gentle mindful yoga practice to help you settle into your body and deepen the experience. Tea and a personal diffuser are included so you can carry the experience home with you. -

The Art of Mandala Making
Saturday, May 16 • 2-4 PM
Join local artist and yogi Erika Matyok for a relaxing and creative mandala workshop.
The class will begin with a short yoga and meditation practice, followed by the creation of a simple nature mandala together using natural materials.
Participants will then design their own mandalas on paper using compasses, pencils, and colored pencils. Sample designs and guidelines will be available so the focus can remain on exploring shapes, patterns, and color in a relaxed and enjoyable way.

Trauma-Informed Recovery Yoga with Cheryl
EVERY FRIDAY at 6 PM
Be a part of our recovery yoga community with gentle yoga stretching and movement, balancing and guided rest/meditation. Meet new friends, connect in recovery, and re-set! Great for beginners, all are welcome! Mats available at studio. Free/Donation
