    Join Sema and Jonny for our new monthly Ashtanga Yoga class. This class will introduce students to the traditional Ashtanga Primary Series.

    Ashtanga is a structured sequence linking breath and movement to build strength, flexibility, focus, and discipline.

  • Vinyasa and Meditation

    Sunday, September 20 • 4-5 PM

    Join Jen for a 45-minute unheated vinyasa practice that will move participants from the thinking mind and into body awareness through asana and breathwork.

    Our physical practice will prepare the body for a 15-minute guided meditation practice that will bring clear, mindful attention to our moment-to-moment experience by anchoring through body sensations or the breath. No prior meditation experience needed.

    Maggy Barnes will be offering movement and mantra Bhakti Yoga Flow. Bhakti is a community and heart-centered practice that weaves together gentle movement, music, chanting, meditation, and reflection to cultivate joy, connection, and compassion.

  • Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga for Women (TCTSY)

    A 4-Week Pilot Program for Women (cisgender and transgender) • Limited to 8 Participants • Registration Required • No Drop Ins

    Facilitated by Brittany Kelly, TCTSY-F, Certified Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Facilitator through the Center for Trauma & Embodiment

    Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) is an evidence-based, adjunctive treatment for complex trauma and chronic PTSD. Unlike traditional yoga classes, TCTSY is not focused on fitness, flexibility, or achieving specific shapes. Instead, participants are invited to explore simple movement and body sensations through choice, curiosity, and present-moment awareness in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

    No previous yoga experience is necessary.

    Please Note:  This program is not psychotherapy and is not a substitute for mental health treatment.

  • Handstand Workshop

    Sunday, November 1 • 3-4:15 PM

    Join Sheila Lill to build a safe foundation for your handstand practice, learn how to get upside down, and have fun doing it! We will warm up the body with poses specifically designed to prepare for handstand. We’ll learn body mechanics, core stabilization using our inner energy locks, or bandhas, and progressive wall drills to learn how to safely defy gravity and conquer the fear of falling.

    Whether you are kicking up for the first time or working on your freestanding hold, you will leave with a personalized toolkit to advance your practice.  Come ready to play, grow, and take your practice to new heights! 

  • Harvest Herbal Tea Making and Plant Wisdom

    Saturday, November 14 • 12-1:30 PM

    Join Leigh McLinden for another afternoon of herbal wisdom and hands on tea blending. We will explore in season plants, their medicinal qualities, and how to craft your own nourishing tea blend to take home.

    The afternoon includes a short, gentle mindful yoga practice to help you settle into your body and deepen the experience. Tea and a personal diffuser are included so you can carry the experience home with you.

  • Vin to Yin

    Sunday, November 22 • 3-4:15 PM

    Beginning with pranayama to build heat with breath and center the mind, then we raise the heat through a fiery flow.

    Focused on strength, balance and surrender to ego followed by restorative yin settle into passive poses held with support. Stretching out the fascia lines the deep connective tissues, ligaments and joints. Assisted with the loving healing touch of Reiki, then settle into a deep 10-minute shavasana accompanied by the sound of quartz singing bowls.

  • Trauma-Informed Recovery Yoga with Cheryl

    EVERY FRIDAY at 6 PM

    Be a part of our recovery yoga community with gentle yoga stretching and movement, balancing and guided rest/meditation.

    Meet new friends, connect in recovery, and re-set! Great for beginners, all are welcome!
