  • Ashtanga

    Saturday, July • 3–4:15 PM

    Join Sema and Jonny for our new monthly Ashtanga Yoga class. This class will introduce students to the traditional Ashtanga Primary Series.

    Ashtanga is a structured sequence linking breath and movement to build strength, flexibility, focus, and discipline.

    We are looking for 10 committed students interested in exploring and growing with this practice over time.

  • Reiki & Sound Healing

    Friday, July 17 • 7:30-9 PM

    We begin with a 30-minute gentle Hatha yoga practice to gently move the body, release tension, and prepare for deep relaxation.

    Veronica Cerami is a certified reiki master + sound healer with a passion for holistic healing, energy work, and creating safe spaces for deep relaxation.  She will guide a Reiki & Sound Healing experience, combining Reiki energy work with calming vibrational frequencies to support deep rest and restoration.

    Reiki is a gentle spiritual healing practice that helps support relaxation, emotional balance, stress relief, and overall well-being. During a Reiki session, energy is channeled through light touch to help restore balance within the mind, body, and spirit.

  • Trauma-Informed Recovery Yoga with Cheryl

    EVERY FRIDAY at 6 PM

    Be a part of our recovery yoga community with gentle yoga stretching and movement, balancing and guided rest/meditation. Meet new friends, connect in recovery, and re-set! Great for beginners, all are welcome! Mats available at studio. Free/Donation
